A HOME FOR RETIRED LARGE ANIMALS
Just as people need our help, there are many animals that need our help too. We believe animals can be part of the healing journey for people with mental health issues. And we would look to work with retired horses or horses and donkeys looking for their forever home
Merry Moos Farm will be a safe space for retired farm animals to live the rest of their natural lives. They'll be cared for by people working and volunteering on the farm, and will provide judgement free company for the people who need them.
To provide a safe and caring home for retired farm animals, donate using the form to the right.

Molly the Pig
Molly is a nine year old Duroc, bred in Dorset by Pip. With an appetite for destruction and Maltesers, Molly will cause chaos then look at you like butter wouldn’t melt!
Originally Pip’s pigs from her tenancy farm, Molly and her daughter, Polly, have been Pip’s two muddy girls since they were born.
Being part of the Merry Moos Animal Sanctuary means Molly will spend the rest of her natural life being fed Maltesers and looked after by the people working on the farm.

Polly the Pig
Seven year old Polly is Molly the Pig’s little girl… but not so little, and not very lady like! Just like her Mum, Polly loves a Morrison’s jam donut and a good belly scratch.
Polly is happiest when living with her Mum, Molly. If she sees Mum getting something, she’ll want it too.
Being part of the Merry Moos Animal Sanctury means Polly will spend the rest of her natural life being fed Morrisons jam donuts and looked after by the people working on the farm.
